Connection to the main power supply should be carried out by an authorized and qualified specialist.
Please note that to avoid transport damage, the whirlpools are not 100%, but only 85% pre-assembled. Sealing and checking the lines, viewing windows and nozzles by a plumber is the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid pump damage, fill the tub with water before using the massage function.
Appropriate hoses should be acquired from local sources and connected by a specialist. Under no circumstances should any connecting hoses provided by the seller be utilised.
All connections must be made in accordance with this manual and the standards applicable in your country.
Please note that the serial number of the bath is placed on its inner frame, as well as on the box. This unique number should be kept and may be needed in case of requesting spare parts or proceeding with warranty claims.
All hoses need to be checked and sealed by a specialist before using the product and on a regular basis. Hoses can get disconnected during transportation or over time.
In case of a defect, the customer is responsible for the removal of the defective part and its reassembly.
The product is not compatible with Swiss or English sockets and requires appropriate adapters.
Maintenance Tips
Acrylic
- Rinse with water after every bath and wipe dry.
- To keep the surface glossy and scratch-free, clean only with a soft cloth.
- Use soapy water solution or a mild bathtub cleaner for tough stains.
- To remove limescale use a vinegar-water solution (do not use on fixture)
- Cautious use of essential oils is recommended as they might leave an oily residue.
- When installing the product, the customer must ensure that the front panel is easily accessible at all times for maintenance purposes and in the event that parts need replacement.
- Regularly clean and maintain the bathtub or whirlpool according to the manufacturer’s instructions to prevent build-up of dirt and bacteria and mould growth.
